Shipments are sent within 24 h

Orders placed by 9.00 a.m. shall be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after 9.00 a.m. shall be shipped on the next working day. This means that orders placed by 9.00 a.m. on Monday shall be shipped on Monday. Orders placed after 9.00 a.m. on Monday may be shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed after 9.00 a.m. on Friday may be shipped next Monday.

Cash on delivery shipment:
34-42 € for Europe
115 € for Cyprus and Malta

At the same time, we would like to inform that with a larger number of orders, the shipment of the products might be delayed.

The shipments are sent via a courier company.

At the moment of shipment, the courier company shall send you a text message with the number of the shipping document to enable you to track your delivery.

When receiving the shipment, make sure the packaging is not mechanically damaged. In case you notice any non-compliances such as damaged packaging, sign the shipping documents with a note “damaged packaging”. Then, unpack the shipment and check in the presence of the courier whether its content is not damaged. If you find damaged elements, fill in the shipping damage report.
